HOW DO I CONNECT TO THE TURNBOARD PRO?

WHAT TYPE OF PHONE DOES THE TURNBOARD PRO WORK WITH?
The TurnBoard PRO is currently designed to only work with iOS devices, including the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. Samsung and Android are NOT currently supported.
WHAT VERSION OF iOS IS REQUIRED?
The TurnBoard PRO requires iOS 8.0 or later. The iPhone 5 and newer should all be compatible with the TurnBoard PRO.
WHAT DOES THE TURNBOARD PRO MEASURE?
The TurnBoard PRO measures the number of completed turns, the speed of the turns, and overall form which is measured by side to side movement. These 3 variables are used to calculate the dancer's overall Turn Score.
WHAT IS A TURN SCORE?
A Turn Score is a measurement of the dancer's overall turning performance. Turn Scores range from 1 (Rookie) to 1,000 (World Class). The better the turns, the higher the Turn Score.
WHY WON'T MY TURNBOARD CONNECT TO MY IPHONE?
Make sure your iPhone Bluetooth is turned ON. Once your Bluetooth is ON, open the app and hit the 'CONNECT' icon in the lower right corner. If you don't see the TurnBoard PRO device, make sure your TurnBoard PRO is fully charged. Restart your phone and repeat the process.
DOES THE TURNBOARD PRO WORK IN EVERY COUNTRY?
Yes, the TurnBoard PRO is available to download from the Apple App Store in all countries. Additionally, you can download the FREE app without purchasing the TurnBoard PRO.
WHAT IS THE TURNBOARD RETURN POLICY?
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.balletisfun.com, just contact us within the first 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a refund or replacement. The product must be in the same condition it was received, in the original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
